no exercise weight loss
this time around because of an injury, i'm mostly walking and hiking and slowly losing, but i can't stand how my body looks and feels. I JUST DON'T KNOW HOW PEOPLE ENJOY LOSING WITHOUT STRENGTH TRAINING i'm desperate to get back to bodyweight exercises...(and free weights once i join a gym).

"due dates"
I think it's crazy when people set weight goals for specific dates, e.g. wedding day, birthday, etc. I get that they want to look and feel great on that special day, but wth, your whole life is special. Do the math. Set reasonable goals. Do the work. I'm referring to people that set outrageous goals for the time frame.

this may be an all too easy question with a simple answer, but i need your help. i had lunch 2 hours ago-tilapia, 4oz; green beans, 1/2 cup; and brown rice, 1/2 cup-but now i'm starving again, and it's only been 2 hours! what does my meal lack? quantity? i think i need a bit of fat. what's your educated suggestion/answer?

MFP v. MMR
anyone have any experience with MAPMYRUN? i'm happy with mfp, but my workplace prefers MMR. If it works the same as MFP, I would rather convince them to accept my MFP reports. Any suggestions/tips on MMR?

Aches and Pains
Lately I haven't had the desire to exercise because my body just aches. It isn't post workout ache. It's...I don't know just my body feels like sh** My body feels 'unaligned' or like the parts aren't moving/functions smoothly and it's what really bothers me.

Doc's 1200 Cal. Plan
So....After a visit with my diabetes physician, I refused to take additional medication and in lieu of this she suggested a 1200 cal. goal, but I wonder if she considered my non-stop work hours? Gallbladder Pain
Anyone suffer from gallbladder pain/issues? What helps you with the pain? Other than pain meds. I'm thinking teas, food, home remedies, exercises, etc. What types of food can you handle while you're having the pain? I know citrus, cheese, and high fat foods are usually a bust. Any other foods?
