Hi all!
Oh, wow I'm hungry. I'm 5 days in and making moves!
(snack break)
I've read a few of the success stories here and am working hard to join the club. Meeting new friends to encourage and draw inspiration from is something i'm looking forward to. Maybe meet a walk/jog partner.
I've always been a 'bit heavy' but very active. About 7 years ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and immediately adjusted. I exercised twice a day, changed my eating habits and lost enough weight to reduce my medications.
But life changes and here I am once again battling to regain quality of life. My plan is simply, MOVE! Stagnant things become stagnant.
(Of course, I'm making dietary changes, too.)
It's been a great 5 days and can only see things getting better. Add me!
