Last year I logged in and lost 30 pounds. Unfortunately, within a year I gained it all and some back. So here I am now, but this time it seems harder.

I haven't lost a pound, not half a pound or a quarter of a pound, and I keep trying to figure it out.

It finally hit me! Last year, I didn't care if I lost weight. I was doing this for other vital reasons: the weight loss was a side effect. A much welcomed side effect, but nonetheless it wasn't the principal drive.

What I really want...is just to keep moving! :)
