So....After a visit with my diabetes physician, I refused to take additional medication and in lieu of this she suggested a 1200 cal. goal, but I wonder if she considered my non-stop work hours? Or exercise?
It's go time from 6am to 1pm (I sit for about 5 min during my 2nd snack). Breakfast-5:45am, snack-9ish, snack-10:45ish, lunch-2pm-ish.
I increased cal. goal to 1350 after I noticed I had little energy and workouts seem daunting, but maybe I exaggerated because it seems progress has slowed. Eeeer.
