Want to lose about 30 pounds
I know everyone is different but I am looking for some kind of motivation and set some goals for myself. My weight 167 pounds and I'm 5'6 would like to lose about 30 pounds. For those who have had success how long did it take you to lose about 30 pounds with exercise and eating right?

How much protien and fat for low carb diet please!
I am back on MFP and I need to hear from the low carb experts. I feel my best when I am on a low carb plan but I worry that I may eat to much fat and protein. For example I had about 110 protien and 90 fat yesterday and 60 carb. I have been focusing on the carbs this week but I don't wan't to hurt or do any harm to my body…

QUESTION ABOUT CALCULATING NUTRITION ON MY FITNESS PAL
I Like when calculating my food and exercising to see my progress. And it also helps me out as far as if Im getting enough potassium, fiber, vitamin A,C calcium and Iron. Does anyone know if Myfittnesspal plan on up dating for other nutrition info as far as Vitamin B,D,E ect.
