Abstinence...what does it mean to you?
HI there, I am a newbie to OA, yet I have work other 12 step programs. I would like to know what abstinence means in OA. It is not as black and white as I am used to. If you could share what it means that would be really helpful. Thanks! :smile:

Plan to resist that sweet tooth
I don't know about you, but I have a MAJOR sugar spot and crave it all the time. I am trying to come up with some alternatives for when those cravings are high. I know fruit might work, or those banana, pb, chocolate smoothies. What do you plan to use when you find yourself wanting something sweet?
