Super Fantastic NSV
So for the first time in my memory (including high school, eek!) I can wear a dress or a skirt without pantyhose or tight and not chafe until I literally bleed. In fact I don't chafe at all now. Never ever thought this would happen, so excited!

This is my awful before picture from my amazing Spring Break vacation to Tampa with my university's concert band. I was a whopping 228 lbs. This was my first gutsy progress picture at 207 lbs. Kind of gross but here it goes...
So I've been doing this a little over 3 months and I've noticed that my BM's are umm different. Not as compact or frequent and the smell is different. It's as little as every 3-4 days and not even half as much. My diet hasn't really changed much except that I'm eating less. Is this normal or at least not freakishly weird?

Water amounts?
When MFP says I need a minimum of 8 cups of water a day, does that mean literal cups and in 4oz=1cup or 8 glasses as in an average 8oz glass? It's extremely ambiguous and I've done a calculator on another site that told me I needed about 75oz a day. I'm rather befuddled, ha.
