Kind of gross but here it goes...

So I've been doing this a little over 3 months and I've noticed that my BM's are umm different. Not as compact or frequent and the smell is different. It's as little as every 3-4 days and not even half as much. My diet hasn't really changed much except that I'm eating less. Is this normal or at least not freakishly weird?

    So infrequent is probably not a good sign. My guess is you may need more fiber to get things moving. (or maybe yogurt) Also are you drinking enough water? My BM's actually got more predictable and daily. I can tell I haven't eaten on track when I am off schedule.

    Seems kind of abnormal... but they need to be compared to what you would consider "normal" before you started getting a change in BM. Everyone is a little different. More fiber and water would probably help you if you think you're not getting enough of those.
