So for the first time in my memory (including high school, eek!) I can wear a dress or a skirt without pantyhose or tight and not chafe until I literally bleed. In fact I don't chafe at all now. Never ever thought this would happen, so excited!

Huge nsv for me tonight - For the 1st time ever I actually managed to do the pool side pull ups & pulses during aquafit. Without the use of my belly fat keeping me on the edge :laugh:0
