Just started 30 day shred & have question!
So I just did the first day of 30 day shred!! I loved it!!!! I just have 1 question though (and this may be dumb/obvious) but does everyone just do 10 days for each of the levels? Like 10 days on level 1, 10 on level 2, then the last 10 on level 3? I'm assuming that's how it's done, but just want to know for sure!!

This brings me to a total of 15 pounds. I was just wondering if I'm losing weight TOO fast? I have MFP set to lose 1.5…

Net calories
So MFP sometimes puts in a little message that says I need to eat more cals (at least 1200) or my body will go into starvation mode... I always eat more than 1200 calories because my goal is 1440 calories a day, but when I enter exercise, my net calories will sometimes be UNDER 1200 calories. Do they want your food over…

Loss Areas
So I remember being told from a few different people that usually when you start noticing body fat reducing in specific areas, it typically comes off the area that had the fat on for a less amount of time. For example, I've always had a belly, but the area on my back has gotten larger more recently so my back would get…

"Mindless Eating"
Just saw this video that discusses different factors that might contribute to eating too much. Suggestions are: 1. painting your walls a neutral color because bright colors make you happy, making you eat faster while dark colors make you eat slower, eating more. 2. Using smaller plates because you can have the same amount…

Eating the wrong # of cals?
was just looking @ some websites about how many calories I should eat to lose weight based on height, weight, age, gender...and those websites said I should be eating a lot more calories than what MFP tells me to eat. After weight loss...
I still have a ways to go before I reach my goal, but I was just thinking about how when people lose a lot of weight (I've seen on TV shows), they'll have a lot of loose skin. Vitamins
I don't really take any vitamins, and figured that I probably really need them now that I'm dieting/exercising... so I was wondering what types of vitamins should be taken daily? I have a multi-vitamin, but was wondering if there are any others I should include?
