So I'm going to an amusement park in a week and a half, and I know I'll be walking a ton, but how will I know how many calories I'm burning?? I won't be at the gym that day, but so I would like to enter the calories I burned from walking around the park. Any ideas??

i would say know your going to be doing stop and go walking but write down the time you enter the park and then the time you leave the park. Then estimate off how much time you stood in line, I know sometimes you wait for a long time and then sometimes you move thru .
Its still good exercise
I worked at the GA DOME and on a Falcons game day I wore one of those step thingys and I had walked over 9 miles during a football game. So in one month of working the concourse I lost 30 pounds from all the walking I did, thou it was stop and go I burned alot.0 -
Could you wear a pedometer or heart rate monitor?0
