I just noticed when I was looking through my food blog for the past couple of days, my daily goal for calories was different almost everyday... is it supposed to be like that?

MFP adds exercise to your dialy goal to keep your deficit to lose your goal amount of weight/week. Essentially if you exercise the calories you burn get added to your total. So if each day you burn a different amount your total calories will change0

did you exercise???
if you did than that gets added into your daily goal as MFP has set you up to lose whatever your goal is to lose each week without exercise....0 -
ohhh ok I didn't think about that! Thanks!0
