So I remember being told from a few different people that usually when you start noticing body fat reducing in specific areas, it typically comes off the area that had the fat on for a less amount of time. For example, I've always had a belly, but the area on my back has gotten larger more recently so my back would get smaller before my stomach....is this true? or just a myth??

When I lose weight it is never in my back area. My stomach gets smaller in the front but I still have love handles LOL! My face, neck, wrists, and ankles always get noticeable smaller. It's so weird how that happens!

See I heard that it comes off basically from the top down. Face, neck, breasts and then down.Thats what I heard. And I can honestly say if you look at my profile my face has changed THE most and my breasts have gotten smaller. My stomach has too but the biggest change thus far has been in my face. So I dont know.

for me I have noticed it on my waist all the way around Ive have lost inches.
I dont have much of a tummy b/c I had a full tummy tuck so it dont stretch out at all.
but i have alot of chunk of love handles and hips, thighs.
my hips have not lost any inches yet and my chest well I have fake DD breast so I dont have to worry about losing them
I would like to lose my arms and my neck too. I guess it all depends on if we are doing the correct exercises to target those areas.
back fat is hard to get off thou for some reason
