Just Shocking to me..!!
So I decided for fun to add in a food journal a day I used to eat a few months ago. After I added everything up it scared me. The total day calories were 4600, the sodium was 4 times a daily limit, fat through the roof and carbs through the roof. I cannot believe I used to eat that bad.

Total garbage
I am always well under my calorie deficit for the day. I exercise a lot and I eat a lot. I never deprive myself of food. I am always eating. So it just really makes no sense to me when people comment I need to eat more. I think it is totally untrue. Especially since I have lost 12 pounds already.

Am I imagining things?
I usually just shoot hoops for an hour at the gym before I work out. I selected the option "shooting hoops" and it said for 90 minutes of shooting hoops I burned 650 Calories. Is that accurate?? Or should I buy a heart rate moniter?

Should I MIX it up?
So every day I do eat pretty much the same thing. I eat a lot of veggies and fruit. I also love to eat vegetable chicken stir fry. But if I continue eating similar foods will my body just get used to it and will I just see no progress in the long run? Should I mix it up a few days and eat more and some days eat less?

I think this is way off!
So before every workout I shoot hoops for about 30-45 minutes at least. I just had a question about my calorie intake. My calorie goal for each day without exercise is 1700 calories. At the gym I roughly burn 400-600 calories a session.
