Should I MIX it up?

So every day I do eat pretty much the same thing. I eat a lot of veggies and fruit. I also love to eat vegetable chicken stir fry. But if I continue eating similar foods will my body just get used to it and will I just see no progress in the long run? Should I mix it up a few days and eat more and some days eat less?

    Your diary looks really healthy--but yes, it's better to mix it up a bit. If not to provide your body with nutrients from different sources, then to keep yourself from getting bored! You could even just substitute--i.e. Kashi GoLean instead of Kelloggs, fish/pork/lean sirloin instead of chicken, different kinds of veggies, diff. kinds of fruit, etc.
