Generally I eat close to the same calories every day, but I try to mix it up with more calories. Does this work for anyone?

I can't say for sure it does, but I've noticed that my cheat meals that I have now and then (which usually blows my calorie goal out fo the water) don't seem to affect my progress much right now.

I think it's an unintentional carb cycle as well. I suppose for the time being I'll just go with it without too many questions, lol.
  • Its better to mix up your intakes throughout the week. Keeps you're metabolism going as well as helps prevent/lessen plateaus.

Yes, it seems to work for me. I do 1200 kcal one day, then a bit mor ethe next, then a bit more, then back to 1200 etc. It actually helps and I don't feel deprived.

Ive read in alot of differnt articles that its not the days calories that effect TOO much, but the overall for the month. So switching it up is just fine.
