You are well under and you are making good choices, but it looks like you may not be eating enough. That can slow down you weightloss in the longrun. But everything looks yummy!

I think it's looks pretty good. I would think maybe you should up your calories a bit though. You seemed pretty low on a couple of days. Other than that great job!
  • Yes it's really good looking! Good job of adding a vegetable in every meal. It's a great skill to keep.

Looks like you are getting a good variety of vegetables and fruits in, along with lean proteins. And good job on the water! You seem to be making good choices to start off with!

My concern is that you're not getting enough calories. On average, a male adult shouldn't be eating less than ~1800. I recommend going to the "Tools" tab up top and calculating your BMR. You should probably not eat fewer calories than your BMR, or you risk malnutrition and potential slowdown of your metabolism.

You might try eating a few healthy snacks throughout the day to get a few more calories in, like nuts or something like that. Peanut butter spread on whole grain toast is a great option, for instance.

I concur, i think it's best to try to get as close to your calories as possible, and there are a few days where in my opinion you are a bit under. I have these days too though (haha well more often over than under) but no one is perfect. When i first heard about eating exercise calories, i thought it was mad. But it makes sesne. The trick to doing this right is make sure you are not overestimating exercise calories and are measuring portions well.
Aside from that it looks like you are making some really good food choices, and your up on protein and veggies at dinner which is good. I personally would get bored of your breakfasts, and i think adding in some fresh blueberries and maybe some shaved almonds into it would make it better (plus give you some good nutrients).
All in all, good job! Keep it up, and make sure you eat your calories, because you will probably notice that your weight loss slows down.

I was impressed  with your breakfast and snack choices, you also seem to be cooking for yourself very nicely. A couple of things to watch out for the noodle packages can really add up sodium and carbs, Check out this link on myfitnesspal for some other great snacks and meals for variety: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/158675-jillian-michaels-s-fat-burning-meal-plan-from-self-com
  • I'd agree that it looks like you're getting a good variety of foods. I'd also agree that you should up your calories too. MFP is pretty good at recommending the right amount of calories for the day (before you exercise). Make sure you're eating at least your minimum calories for the day.

Something else I noticed... unless you've been told you need to watch your cholesterol, I wouldn't bother tracking it. I track calories, fat, sodium, carbs, sugar and protein. To me, it seems like those are the most important numbers to keep an eye on.

maybe shake up your calorie consumption so your system doesn't get used to it. higher a couple days and then back down...?

Like others have said: good range of veggies, but not enough calories. You're generally netting only 600-700 calories after exercise. That will send your body into starvation mode and wreck your metabolism.

I think you definitely need to watch how many calories you are getting. Your food choices are awesome, but if your not making it to even 1200 a day, you're to far under. Men should have no less then...I think it's 1400? Eat back some of what you exercise off.

Otherwise, you're doing great! Keep up the great work and you'll be at your goal in no time!
