So I am having a bit of a hard time eating relatively close to my goal calories. What is a good thing to eat that adds calories but not a lot of fat, carbs or sodium?

My fave thing to eat is an orange. Honestly. Not real sure what all it counts as but they are flavorful juicy and are not pumped full of chemical crap. hope this helps.0

Some good dense foods are:
chicken
fish
nuts (almonds are magical! good fats)
low fat yogurt or cottage cheese
avocados (good fats)
peanut butter
whole grains (good carbs)0
