BeachBody??
So new challenge for me this month. I ordered Focus T25. Time to get back in gear. I'm in a challenge group and also a Beachbody coach! I have to say I am so excited to try it out and have so many wonderful people in the group. Wish me luck in my new adventure!! I'm loving all the new learning so far!

How to burn calories fast and shed jiggles, What works?
After I had my daughter, I used the Insanity videos to shed the pre and after baby weight. But man, is that some hardcore stuff! I had to use my inhaler during every little break it gave you! But it felt great! I want to start doing that again. What did you ladies use that seemed to work great? Please share! Happy Thursday!

OMG T25
Wow this T25 is kickin my butt! lol Even only in 25 I'm dripping in sweat!! Which is awesome that I love it, since I'm a beachbody coach, its hard to talk about something if you dont like it, but this is awesome! ha. I am sore already!

Balancing Act
Good morning ladies, As you all may know, I have a 7 month old daughter. My husband just started school and is working 2 job. Need Motivation, more fun the better!
I have a 7 month old daughter, and my husband just got us gym memberships. We BOTH need to shed some unwanted prego weight, but its always hard to get started and get going. Any fun ideas are helpful!

Time?!?!
What is that?!?! How do you find time to work out?? My Husband and I have it worked out that he picks up our daughter, most days, from daycare so I can go to the gym right after work. Blow off some work steam, and then come home be relaxed, settled down and ready for family time.

Holidays
Good morning! How did everyone do with controling themselves around wonderful food this holiday weekend? I did pretty good! No Chocolate, only a couple little starbursts! And went to the gym both days this weekend. Im ready for spring and ready to feel great!
