Reset for everyone
I get if a person is new to this they eat there TDEE- 20% or 15% If they have been doing 1,200 cals or low cals for a while they do a reset and eat TDEE first then -20/15 %. What about a person who has been doing 1,200 for a couple of years with long breaks in between(who stays the same weight)takes a 3 month break eats…

Can someone kindly point out where I am going wrong as I would really like to get off the 1,200 bandwagon asap. First fat to fit has given me 27% body fat.
