Hi peeps.
So i was thinking what has got you were you are today?
What have you done that has gotten you results?
Sometimes the little changes all add up.
For me has been.....
1. Giving up soda all types. I was a HUGH soda drinker and thought i would never give it up. It has made such a hugh difference to me not so much in weight loss but my stomach is so much flatter.
2. Exercise i was one of those people that would always diet but not exercise and now i know exercise is just as important as eating right.
3. Fun exercise finding exercise that i like. I am not a gym lover but love zumba and enjoy every class.
4. Water Water Water need i say more lol.
And the most important
5. MFP friends. People that i can be honest with and not be judged by. To know that we are all working towards a better lifestyle.
How about you?

Things that have helped me be successful
1) No soda!
2) Two friends to go to the gym with!
3) Eating more vegetables and less starches.
4) MFP for sure! Couldn't have lost this weight without it!0 -
1) For me, it's as much about WHEN and HOW OFTEN I eat as it is WHAT I eat. I do better with 5 or 6 small meals a day as opposed to 3 meals a day.
2) I've always been a water drinker but I am for 120+ ounces a day.
3) Not doing the same exercise every day has been a blessing. I get bored easily and switching it up keeps me going and confuses my body
4) My HRM! I have to know exactly what I'm burning, not an estimate.0
