tummy bump
so i've had this bit of fat on my tummy and i just dont know what to do to get rid of it!! i run for cardio and do about 30 situps however its just not going away! anyone have any tips?

i just noticed that im only meant to be eating 29 g a day but i eat around 100 :/ is this bad? i dont eat chocolate or anything like that and pretty much all of my sugar comes from fruit does that mean its good sugar?

seeing as i havent lost much weight eating 1200 and ended up loosing more when i went over my goal i have come up with a new strategy. im going to eat 1350 net calories (which is my bmr) however in my exercises im not going to include walking to and from school and things like that (usually takes me 10 mins to walk there…

i think i need new scales!
today i stood on the scales and it showed 127.7!!! (it was 122.2 a week ago) then i stood on them again and it showed 123.4 third time it was 124.4 its like they have a mind of their own!! anyone elses scales have unsure days?

i had a massive rant about over eating yesterday but today its a completely different story. i went to the gym today and apparently burnt 500 cal but i think it was more about 300 but still because of that i missed lunch and ended up having an early dinner. but not thinking i had a really low cal one instead of treating…

so i run on a treadmill instead of the streets but i have no idea how many calories it burns as its easier than street. can anyone help me out?

Just can't get back on track
I've had a terrible last few days with constantly over eating and just generally eating crap! And I can't help it! I have no idea what to do. I end up eating loads at night and no matter how much I try I just can't! I have no idea what to do

Running shoes?
I really ought to get some new running shoes as I keep wearing plimsoles which are deffinately not comfortable! So I was thinking of getting them rebok easy tone ones but I don't know how they are for running So yeah any suggestions would be good :)
