i just noticed that im only meant to be eating 29 g a day but i eat around 100 
is this bad?
i dont eat chocolate or anything like that and pretty much all of my sugar comes from fruit
does that mean its good sugar?

to put it simply, sugar spikes insulin... insulin helps hold onto fat. Regardless of the kind of sugar... it's still sugar... the only difference is it's natural sugar..not artificial.... try to keep your fruit no more than 2 cups a day0

this happens to me a lot too. if its from fruit, dont worry about it. as long as youre not eating 100g of sugar from chocolate or anything, youre perfectly fine

Yep!!! Whatever you do, just don't substitute for artificial sugars either. It's a balancing act. Try to cut out some of the fruits and then pair with a lean protein.0
