I know you cannot spot reduce, that being said - what exercises/weight routines would work the area of my back so that as I lose the back fat on top of the muscles I'm in better shape. I just want to make sure I am working the right place. I hate those rolls around the bra!

Ther really isn't a free weights section in this location. Mostly the weight machines, cardio machines and two areas - 12 minutes abs - and 30 minute work out.
