What was your blessing of the day?
Mine was going to morning Mass today and watching my nine year old son serve Mass for the first time all by himself. Priceless! Also, having coffee with the neighborhood ladies at the country store down the hill from my house before heading back home for school.

So I had my annual wellness visit last week and my systolic BP was 125, my LDL was high HDL high but good and my resting HR was 90! What the heck? I've been eating paleo/primal since Sept. I thought eating primal was supposed to help with these numbers? My BP has always been fine...

Going rack & barbell shopping any advice?

Reaction to natural thyroid replacement
Well, I took my first dose of the natural thyroid that my doc prescribed for me this morning and it was a disaster. It gave me a terrible headache and nausea. Felt like a really bad hangover. Finding time to pray and workout and serve others
Anyone have any good tips on fitting all the things in our lives that are important? I personally need & want daily prayer time with God, daily exercise and caring for the home and family but it sometimes it is hard to do those things AND be available to others outside the home.
