jealous of skinny minis!
I am thin but I have to watch what I eat and I don't drink alcohol! Yet all my friends are tiny, eat mcdonalds and drink alcohol like there is no tomorrow! So jel! I workout, eat healthy and still don't look as mini as them! BOOOOOOOOOOO

do you believe that the scale fluctuates? I think I might bin my scales and stick to my tape measure.. The scale is emotional for me and at a 5ft1 with 22" waist and 29" hips i dont think a scale is a place for me to worry. focusing on healthy eating?
do you think that the thought of eating clean is harder than eating clean? I find if i tell myself "right no cheat meal until saturday" I will binge all week where as if I don't focus on it, I don't actually want naughty foods! Why am I even calling them naughty? Ok.. I don't want sugary food! :)

slim pasta - eat water?
has anyone tried the slim pasta? i bought some from holland and barratt and it seems too good to be true. Still in its packaging whilst i figure how to eat this hahahah! whats your experience? btw slim pasta has 7 calories per 100g, zero carbs and take just 3 minutes to cook!!!
