do you think that the thought of eating clean is harder than eating clean?
I find if i tell myself "right no cheat meal until saturday" I will binge all week where as if I don't focus on it, I don't actually want naughty foods!

Why am I even calling them naughty?
Ok.. I don't want sugary food! :)

I don't understand why people get their knickers in a knot over clean eating.

Sure I understand IIFWYM...but regardless of that if you make a personal choice to only eat pure, non processed food you really don't have to cut that much out of your diet as all of your favourite processed foods can just be made from scratch using ingredients as nature intended.

    What's the big deal?

Oh yeah, people are lazy and don't want to cook.

I think people also falsely believe that it costs more to eat healthy. I've noticed quite the opposite to be true.

And yeah, they are also too lazy to cook.
