My goal weight was actually heavier than I am now..
I lost the remainder of my weight whilst at my nans home (even with her cooking).
I was out of ritual and ate more junk foods than usual.
Now I have been there and ate junk food (in my calorie allowance, maybe 1-2 days over) and lost weight. I am now feeling confident and want to eat, eat and eat. However I know the reprucussions of getting confident and over eating again.
Although I want to eat more, I know its silly but I feel like my usual calorie allowance is enough.
I don't think I need to be good now I hve hit my goal weight - I just want to eat junk foods.
Although I have set myself a challenge of eating clean until Sunday then I will have a bacon and egg sandwich with brown sauce. I really want to eat a lot of crap food but I also know this junk food will not do me any good and I'm just being "over confident".
Do you experience this?

I feel something similar to that last bit sometimes.
You're on the right track with what to do next though. You've set a goal day to when you're going to allow yourself to "cheat" "indulge" "go over" whatever, and that's the important part. As you can tell it's hard to stay motivated about being clean when there's no goal in hand, even for those that don't "diet diet." With this goal you've set, you've given yourself a new reason to stay clean, a "challenge" to yourself if you will rather than a "goal." If you dont set goals or challenges, then you'll have no reason to stay clean... If you do, then you KNOW you'll eventually indulge, and the anticipation is just as good as indulging at the current moment! Im goin in circles.
TL;DR - set a days to when you'll reward yourself, and only allow it if you stay clean. (Easier than you think)0 -
I have totally been there!
Here's my advice: enjoy yourself at your Nan's house. Eat and log.
Then after, remember that your new goal is maintenance. Have confidence because you have already come so far.
A few days if sauce and treats won't hurt you0 -
I happened to maintain on a 5 day binge and I am so happy about it. I did walk a lot during those 5 days, but also ate lots of butter covered french food(yum!) - butter croisants and choco pankakesX5 just for breakfast, now that's a disaster0
