so if you fit the chocolate bar into your macros.. do you eat it?
OR
do you eat clean and view chocolate ect as the devil?


PERSONALLY.

- I view chocolate, crisps, fries ect.. as bad and TRY to stick to a limited intake, say once a week IF that.
I buy protein chocolate bars for my fixture but still try to not have those.

Lean meats and clean food with a calorie deficeit.

However.. thinking about trying to intake more "naughty" foods...
i could murder a real chocolate bar, icecream, marshmellows right now....... is it worth it?
I can't decide if the binge is worth it.
I've had atleast a sweet (20 cal) a day fir a week.
Not a clue where these sugar and junk food urges are coming from.


Can taste and smell deep fried chip shop chips loaded in salt and vinegar.

I'm confused my body knows its right to stick to the plan of chicken, vegetables and gravy for tea.. which I am also excited to eat because I enjoy it.. but i could happily eat a slab of chocolate cake. If i do I'd be over daily cals... so I won't.
But i want to!
