Arbonne 30 Days to healthy living
Has anyone tried this? A few people that I work with are doing this 30 Days now, and they speak highly of their products. I know that you have a shake 2x a day, and then have a regular dinner. There is a detox tea, and omega 3's.

Calories for Recipe - Dry ingredients vs Cooked ingredients
I have a recipe that I like to make occasionally. I'm wondering if I should create the recipe and list the ingredients as cooked, or raw? I have been doing Atkins now for a month. I'm in 2nd week of OWL and I am wondering if anyone has experienced dizziness??? I've noticed that last 2 days that I have been quite dizzy. I am getting between 25-30gms of carbs daily, and all my water. I feel ok, I just get bouts of dizziness. Kat

I know that I should be getting 15-17 oz , or anywhere from 80-166 gms. but most days I'm not getting that close, and it seems that all I'm doing is eating. Any suggestions?
