Sat. 2/22 - Workout
Just because it's the weekend don't skip your workout...unless if you need a rest day of course! So what was your workout today? This morning I did: - A 3 mile Leslie Sansone walking video - 20 mins. lower body weight exercises (leg lifts, squats, lunges, calf raises) - 15 minutes Pilates/stretching Have a great weekend!

Challenges while maintaining
At times I miss vegging out in front of the tv at night watching sports or my fav. tv shows and munching on junk food. It was a way for me to unwind from a busy day and I found it very comforting and relaxing.
