What did you have for breakfast this morning?

I don't start eating until lunchtime, but I started off with a banana, a few strawberries and a small McIntosh apple with peanut butter. A half hour later I had a bowl of Bob Mills 5 Grain Hot cereal (brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins, grounded flax and chia seeds added) with an english muffin (with butter and strawberry jam). I'm full!! :)

    Well, I didn't really have breakfast this morning, just coffee and then Yoga X. But afterwards I had a protein shake and some raspberries.

    a mug of tea and then off to Yoga class. I prefer to do yoga on an empty stomach.

    In another hour I will brake my 18:6 fast with three quesadillas; corn tortillas...2 with Chihuahua cheese and one with potato & Oaxaca cheese and about 3 cups of coffee.
    I eat this or 2-egg " Huevos a la Mexicana " with two corn tortillas almost every day as my first meal.

    Thomas everything bagel thin toasted with onion and chive cream cheese and scrambled egg whites. Filling and delicious for less than 300 calories!

    Yeah, McD's is getting to be a bit pricey for me. I do miss their sausage though. So good.

    I had a bowl of Count Chocula (holiday treat) with milk and a chocolate protein bar. I think I got my chocolate fix for the day. :)

    This morning was a little on the bad side. :ohwell: Fiance made homemade sausage and egg biscuits, and I had a cup of coconut chai tea with a teensy bit of cream.
  • The delicious Protein Pancakes from the recipe board with 2 Tbs. of pure maple syrup and 1/2 C berries heated and blended!

    Oatmeal with blueberries, a bit of flax seeds and small amount of protein powder
    All super yummy and i will repeat like - everyday!

    No workout today. Blood donation day. Rest day.
