Apple watch/steps question
I recently got an Apple watch and have noticed that sometimes the steps from my Apple watch come over to MFP with a calorie adjustment and sometimes they don't. The number of steps are usually very similar so why does it sometimes come over to MFP with an adjustment but sometimes not?

Enough calories??
I am trying to maintain my weight. I currently weigh 115 pounds. I exercise by running 7-9 miles every day which MFP calculates to be burning about 650-800 calories. If I'm eating 2300 cslories, is that too low? I'm 5'4". Thanks in advance!
