Does anyone have any suggestions for water retention? I feel bloated in my abdomen and even am seeing a little swelling in my lower legs/ankles/feet. I drink a lot of fluids and maybe consume a little too much sodium. Are there any "natural diuretics" that you can suggest to help me get rid of this excess water I feel like I'm retaining?

Quit eating too much sodium, drink adequate water and move around. Water retention that results in swelling of the lower extremities is usually a medical issue more than just having a bit too much salt.0

I agree swelling in the lower legs and feet s not a good sign and you should try to reduce overall sodium intake.
As for natural diuretics, first I suggest upping potassium as much as possible. The RDA is 4,700mg. Fruits and veggies are great. Many herbal teas are diurectics. I prefer Hibiscus. Citrus juice also works well. Good luck :glasses:0
