Lately I have felt like if I don't do enough exercise to burn 800-900 calories I'm ripping myself off. I'm currently at the maintain stage of my weight loss journey and to get here I never burned that much, typically about 500-600. I need someone to tell me I'm being unreasonable and that I don't need to strive to burn 800-900 calories a day in my workout to maintain my current weight. Please help!

You don't need to exercise that hard if you don't want! Just make sure to eat in your calorie range and you'll be fine! I think the thing that matters most is Strength for keeping up muscles.. but I could be wrong? That's my 2 cents.0

You don't need to burn that much, it is unreasonable. If you never did it before, why do you feel the need now? Just keep doing what you did to get where you are, that is adequate, as long as you are fueling yourself properly and moving your body purposefully, on a regular basis you should be fine Congrats on your success0
