Yay for cheat meals!
I had my cheat meal for the week...salt & peppered wings, with hot & sour soup & fried wantons. & all the fats in it just made me feel like i'm on cloud 9. Making my husband take leftovers to work tomorrow so i am not tempted to finish it tomorrow. haha

but i have a hard time understand the "net" calories...at the end of the day do i want it to be in the negative? after i exercise & burn around 750 calories from it..how much of that should i eat back? according to my charts..i'm technically only eating 200 calories a day because i've been burning so much...i am so…

What the hell happened?
I've been doing well the last 3 weeks, have seen amazing results,..but i suddenly like i am losing motivation & feeling negative, as in..i'll never reach my goal why bother? ha, i know i am being ridiculous, at least i can admit that..i think i just need a mental day.

Going to sleep hungry
Yes or no? & what time do you stop eating during the day? I've found that I sleep better on an empty stomach, if I eat even 3 hours before bed, I get nightmares horribly.

Egg muffins! my favorite to make!
5-6 eggs whatever you want mixed in the muffin including spices.. 1/4 cup of water added to the mix mix all together & bake at 350 for 18min or until they look done. you can add cheese, bacon, bell peppers, spinach, etc!

A set back is only a setup for a comeback! So what if you have ONE bad meal...one bad meal wont make you fat...just like one healthy meal wont make you skinny. indulging a LITTLE sometimes is what helps me maintain my cravings.
