ONE WEEK PROGRESS!

So..some of you have seen my Two weeks progress..but here is an updated one from last weeks..to just this week..7 days apart..not a HUGE drastic change..but my side view is quite a bit slimmer

Thank you everyone! I have no really been following a strict work out plan...i just have been doing HIIT cardio & regular dog walking & the punching bag as been my BEST FRIEND.
I've been eating clean...which for me means, no processed food..VERY minimal alcohol...i've literally had 3 drinks in the last 3 weeks..& i have also stopped taking PAXIL (an anti anxiety medication which made me crave carbs/sugar & alcohol) so this drastic cutting out everything has been SO easy for me since i stopped taking it

Did you change the doorknobs in your house as part of the exercise? Some people consider home improvement exercise. It is if you work hard at it.0 -

LOL! no actually for some reason our bathrooms have different door knobs! that's military housing for you...nothing is ever consistent. haha0 -
