ONE WEEK PROGRESS!

So..some of you have seen my Two weeks progress..but here is an updated one from last weeks..to just this week..7 days apart..not a HUGE drastic change..but my side view is quite a bit slimmer

    Great job. Keep it up. I've been doing it now for six months and am happy with the progress. I need to take an updated photo as well.

    Thank you everyone! I have no really been following a strict work out plan...i just have been doing HIIT cardio & regular dog walking & the punching bag as been my BEST FRIEND.

    I've been eating clean...which for me means, no processed food..VERY minimal alcohol...i've literally had 3 drinks in the last 3 weeks..& i have also stopped taking PAXIL (an anti anxiety medication which made me crave carbs/sugar & alcohol) so this drastic cutting out everything has been SO easy for me since i stopped taking it

    Did you change the doorknobs in your house as part of the exercise? Some people consider home improvement exercise. It is if you work hard at it.

    LOL! no actually for some reason our bathrooms have different door knobs! that's military housing for you...nothing is ever consistent. haha

    just HIIT cardio, regular cardio, & eating clean!
