anyone here use a punching bag?

What benefits/results have you seen from using the punching bag regularly? Has it helped your core become stronger or slim down?

Punching bag training can be a very effective form of high intensity interval training.

I used to do three minute rounds.

Here is a heavy bag drill that will give you a solid workout:

I have a wall bag/kickboxing bag, becuase the actual hanging bags cost a small fortune for someone like me, but it's fun, and a great way to let off steam:) I do think it works your core, just as long as you have correct form.
