creamy avocado sauce

Cream Avocado Pasta Sauce
-1 medium sized ripe Avocado, pitted
-1/2 lemon, juiced
-2-3 garlic cloves, to taste
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/4 cup Fresh Basil, (optional, can use 1 tsp dried as well)
-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (maybe a little less)
-Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Just throw it all in a food processor or blender and blend until
smooth!

great over chicken & whole wheat pasta topped with homemade dehydrated tomatoes

    i am not sure, sorry. i'm sure you can measure everything out and enter into MFP & it could tell you. :) i havent done that yet, though

    tip: season your chicken how you normally do, it will seriously bring the whole dish together...i normally season the chicken with habanero pineapple, cajun, cumin, black pepper..etc. it made my dish just all around flavorful

    I just made this earlier today. Mixed it in with some spaghetti squash and grilled chicken. It was great! Though I should have only used half the batch, and next time I think I'll try adding some greek yogurt like iggyazalea suggested.
