How much we need to gain
Just found this if it helps give anyone an idea of what to aim for .... Pre-pregnancy weight: Recommended weight gain: Underweight (BMI less than 18.5) : 28 to 40 pounds Normal weight (BMI 18.5 to 24.9) : 25 to 35 pounds Overweight (BMI 25 to 29.9) : 15 to 25 pounds Obese (BMI 30 or more) : 11 to 20 pounds

Exercise
How much are you doing, how often and what type? I am doing 30 minutes of walking or stationary bicycling per day (quite gentle) I am scared to do more, maybe you could inspire me with suggestions of other things that are safe?

Morning sickness
I feel terrible for you ladies that suffer with sickness, I know I am lucky to have not had anything but I know a lot of people who have had it rough. Perhaps you would share how you best find relief to try and help others? x

Healthy snacks
Would be interested to know what healthy snacks you are eating to keep you going? Main meals I'm trying to eat salads, vegetables, homemade soups etc but i struggle for snacks. Other siblings
Anybody had experience with bringing home a new baby to siblings? I am not sure how my daughter, who will be 3, will react. Any suggestions about how to keep the peace?! We are a very affectionate family so i will make sure that remains the same but other than that i know a newborn takes a lot of attention!

Eating for 2
Learned the hard way, put on close to 50 pounds with my first pregnancy and I am determined not to let it happen this time! Trying to do a bit of gentle exercise every day and watch what I am eating using MFP. I only found this when I was trying to lose the weight after my first one, hopefully it will help me keep on track…
