UGH had a stressful bad eating day! I am at the very least over 500 cals for the day. It is 9:20 pm - I haven't worked out today. Should I force myself to go do a 45 minute kickbox video to try to save the day? Or should I just begin tomorrow? How do you all handle situations like this??

Weight loss has really slowed - should I be scared?

Help me re-assess my dietery/workout needs after 4 months
So, what do you do when you lose consistently for 3 months, then in month 4, you lose nothing? I am glad that I maintained my 36 lb loss this month, however, I do have 50+ lbs to go - so I'd like to get back into weight loss mode! Any thoughts on that? I have been logging my calories and exercise in a tablet on my kitchen counter. I just find MFP too time consuming, and the redundancies in the food calorie amounts too frustrating.
