lifting positive!
so just got finished with baling for the year,bales weigh between 50-65LBS,I loaded,unloaded and stacked 1140 bales!!! and seriously I could do that much again easy! I owe it to lifting 5X5,and probably losing 70lbs in a year helped also..oh,I have to ad my Ipod was a ton of help also!
