High calorie healthy options
I am having a hard time eating all my calories. Besides avocados and nuts what other high calorie foods do you use to reach your goal? I burned over 800 calories today and as of now I still need to eat 1300 calories. UGH!

Which so you prefer and why?
Treadmill or elliptical? Lately I'm on an elliptical kick. I do it for an hour at level 12 and higher. I have no desire to use the treadmill at all. Any thoughts?

Clean eating...
I have been on this weight loss journey for over a year and have dropped 40+ pounds. I struggle with snacking and eating prepared foods (out of convenience mostly). To combat this I am really trying to focus on eating clean. Where can I learn more about it and how do you define it/live by it?

But does anyone one find that the healthier you eat the more gas you have? I just can't seem to stop passing it and I really don't know what to do?

I am popping my own corn using a brown bag in the microwave (saw it on Dr.Oz). I get different answers to how many calories I am consuming. Do the calories increase after you pop it??

GIVE ME STRENGTH
heading to dinner with the family to a local pizza joint. I have 1100 calories left today but I don't want to use them on junk. Just wanted to put it out there and hold myself accountable. I'm hoping they will have a good minestrone soup and a salad I can have!

eye question
I have been having alot of pain in my eyes. They sting. They get red at times. Sometimes they are watery. I've been using medicated drops I got over the counter but no relief. Would you go to the eye doctor or regular physician? I have been having some ear pressure which makes me think it could be sinus related.

junk in the trunk...
Just feel like venting. I've lost more than 40lbs and I swear it is all coming from above my waist. No matter what I do I feel like I just can't make a dent in my thighs or butt! I know eventually it will happen but it's maddening.

OMG!!!!
I used my new heart rate monitor. According to it, the calories I burned on the treadmill are half of what is shown on the machine's display. I am guessing my HRM is correct and the machine is wrong. THAT SUCKS!

Good breakfast....
I find having a Boca Burger (70 calories) or Black bean burger (120 calories) along with my egg whites and salsa really fills me up and satisfies me! What are you having?

A huge victory!
When I weighed in at the doctor's yesterday, the nurse didn't have to start at 150 and move up. WHY??? Because I weighed 149! I have not been in the 140's since probably middle or high school. WOOP WOOP!!!!

Made this for the hubby last night and he LOVED it! One package of ground lean turkey One can Rotel with medium spice One can HUNTS chunky sloppy joe mix Diced one green pepper Diced one onion.
