I buy the Mrs. Dash blends. Lemon pepper would be good, chili lime, any sort of cajun seasoning. Haddock is very mild and will take on what you give it...so try some things and figure out what you like,

Seasoning, lemon juice, spray a little nonstick spray on them and broil or cook in a pan. Or you can steam them in a tin foil pouch. Easy..

I liked them. I rinsed them well then put them in the microwave for maybe 30 seconds, this helped to get rid of the smell. Then I would sautee them with veggies and lots of seasoning.

Lots of seasoning and fresh herbs. I use garlic in everything! Find the flavors you like and keep a good supply on hand. I like to buy the Mrs. Dash blends.

Vodka with water and bring some Mio or another flavor enhancer. I'm a bartender and son't mind at all when people do that.

I just put the corn in the bag. No oil. Some times I put a pack of splenda or a little salt.

You can always ask for your rolls to be wrapped in cucumber instead of rice. Also tuna and beef tettaki are good options.

I'm 5'7" 1/2. Sept '10 I weighed in at 195. Got down to 147 and now I'm at 153-154. My goal is 145. I'm hoping to make it there in 2 months. I'm not sure my body could go much lower.

They trick is to spray them with an olive oil spray or even PAM before you bake them. Gives them a crispier outside.

Remind yourself that food is fuel for your body. Have a glass a water and think, really think about why you want it. Don't give it the power! You are in control!

I would get steamed shrimp with veggies. Skip the rice and get some sauce on the side. Avoid noodles cuase they are covered in oil.

I pop my own 100 calorie popcorn and bring it in a zap lock bag to the movies. At buffalo wild wings I have the grilled chicken tacos or sometimes 6 wings. I use buffalo sauce at home in recipes so I don't crave that flavor when I am out.

It's called Phantom Fat and it's harder to lose than the real thing. I'm down 45 lbs and there are days when I swear I have not lost a thing. The more important thing to learn is how not to go back there. Just get back into your healthy routine of eating right and exercise but also think about why you went. If you can identify what lead you astray even though you knew it was wrong you might begin to change old patterns and be more successful long term. Good luck
