So first of all I'm 152 pounds.. Just walked 3.2 miles(took me an hour..) while pushing a double jogging stroller which probably was 50 pounds.. I was also on a walking trail that had many steep hills and stuff. So how do I log this in?... How many calories would that have been?

I'm not sure but you should probably get a heart rate monitor for the most accurate response.0

The best way to log calories burned seems to be a heart rate monitor. Search the forums for recommendations (I have the Polar FT4 and love it).
However, as you don't have one, maybe walking at your speed uphill would yieled something about right? Search walking and see what is already in there...
Great walk!0 -
