Nap OR Walk ... need motivation
I am SOOOOOOOOOOOO tired , I worked @ my other job till 1am got up and 630 , I am super tired , sure could go for an hour nap or I could be good and walk off that bbq sandwich our boss bought us ,, I have to go directly to my second job after this , UGHHHHH need some motivation thanks

What the h***, because of new job I still have tons of calor
I have 2500 calories left still to eat !!! I bartend @ a night job which burns TONS of calories I just cant find it in myself to eat so much in a day !!! I am trying to stay away from the bar food ,,UGGGHHHH , although my weight loss should be much faster ,, it is difficult NOT to eat bad food because of my no time at home…

Day 8/9?? Fast food challenge
Who else was doing this I am not sure what day we are on ? Day 7-No fast food challenge check in
Hope someone didnt post already - I didnt see it :ohwell: Anyways Day 7 for me ... still no fast food I increased my intensity on my treadmill workout yesterday YIPPIE and meet my calories ! Even earned myself a non fat yogurt with bananas and dribble of hot fudge for my treat !! Hope everyone is doing GREAT!!! :heart:
