I drink a lottttt of liquids. Befire MFP it was a lot of diet pop, I would drink a can of diet pop, drink a bottle of water, drink a diet pop, drink a bottle of water. Just curious. I used to weigh myself daily, sometimes when I would see something I didnt like I would get discouraged to Ive been weighing myself 2 days a week now.
