I do Leslie Sansone' dvd everyday which is walking, but it has a lot of the side steps, knee lifts, cords that you do all different things with from curls, to reverse flies and things. I bought Biggest Loser Walking dvd as well yesterday which also has a lot of the same elements.
Does this go under walking? Or is there a better area to put it under?
I dont have a monitor yet.

When i do Leslie,i do it under walking or just create your own exercise..i only have a pedometer but counts calories too. A step is a step and I just go by that. Hope that helps a little:)0
