I'm in need of some support. I haven't exercised this week and probably haven't ate quite as good as i should! My trousers are so tight and screaming at me to lose the fat belly! Now I'm scared to get on the scales in case I have a gain!

I took some starting out photographs today and it really emphasised the two rolls of fat I have gained one above and one below my belly button! Does anyone else have this issue!? Let's get rid of these rolls together! All support welcome! Feeling shocked

I tried a bit of a home workout! Squats sit ups wall sits planks. Wasn't happy with my wall sit and plank times! Would anyone like to join forces to extend our times by the end of the month!
