I know you can't tell your body where you would like the fat to disappear from! But what exercises are good for the belly? Mine is at an all time high measurement at the moment :-(

Read up on Wheat Belly diet. That was my first trigger point. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_J8btnIEKQ is my go to tighten up workout. It's all easy and fun the first day, and you are stiff as all get out the next. Just work through it though. Make sure you keep working on it.1

Does the wheat belly diet say not to eat wheat? Because I eat wheat almost daily and I'm happy with my belly.

If you want to build abs, compound lifts such as deadlifts and squats plus ab specific work like roll outs are good. If you want to shrink your stomach measurement keep losing fat.0 -
It's the stomach measurement that concerns me the most!0
